Once your request is approved, you will receive an invoice which needs to be paid in full prior to any scheduled use. Reservations can no longer be accommodated without full payment.
Soccer/Football Fields: $80/hour no lights and $150/hour with lights
Softball/Baseball Fields: $85/game or practice with no lights and $150/game or practice with lights
Field Rentals for Tournaments: $250 per field per day no lights; $300 per field per day with lights

Rental Rates:
Weekends, New Windsor Residents: $300 for five hours and $50/hr each additional hour
Notes: Weekend parties must end by 6pm.

Security Deposit of $250 PLUS your rental fee is required in order to book a party room.
Security deposits will be mailed to you after the date of the party if the building is left the way it was found cleaned up and with no damages, and party ended by 6pm.
Monday-Friday use, Residents only: Community organization "meeting" rate: $20 for a 3-hour meeting; per occurrence. These 3 hours will include set up and breakdown times.
Rental Rules:
*Refunds will only be considered due to emergencies. Refund credits will be issued to reschedule.
*Town of New Windsor events have first priority over non town sponsored activities.
*Full payment and proof of insurance are required at time of booking. (General Liability Insurance $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 aggregate)
*Alcohol is not allowed on Town property
*The Recreation Department has the right to modify fees/requirements of rental agreements
